Every item in the KACIHEAD shop is made to order or 1 of a kind. Due to this production style we can not accept returns at this time.

KACIHEAD ships from Denver, Colorado via USPS Priority Mail or Express mail with insurance.

8.75% tax on orders for Colorado residents.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-3 days from time of order.

Made to order items will be shipped within 3-4 weeks from order date. The buyer will be notified via email when items are ready to ship from our studio.

Please note that some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.
